While many organizations today are integrating AI capabilities into existing products and processes, a true transition to an “AI-First” organization requires a deeper shift than simply adopting models or adding smart features.
In this session, we will examine the gap between point-solution AI usage and the design of systems built on AI from the ground up. The lecture will focus on the technical aspects of the transition to AI-First: data architecture, integration into core systems, production considerations, governance, and the engineering choices that allow AI to operate at an enterprise scale over time. We will also discuss common trade-offs, real-world limitations from the field, and how to avoid solutions that never move beyond the “demo” stage.
