Bio

Morit is a Data Scientist with expertise in network science and anomaly detection. She started her data journey as a data analyst in 8200. She completed BA in Cognitive Science and Psychology at The Hebrew University and worked as a data scientist for two start-ups with network data in their core technology. Two years ago, she was halfway through her MSc research on cyber attack detection using GNN at Ben-Gurion University when she decided to join a startup as a CTO & co-founder – they developed a dating app that matches singles based on their friend’s network. In the past 6 months, she joined an early-stage fintech startup as the AI & Data Leader.

Abstract

Every day, we hear about new and better models and many new products that are utilizing AI technology. While AI seems to be developing fast, research and development of new AI solutions require building a strategy that will ensure the solution will still be relevant when published.
