The integration of machine learning models has become increasingly important in many industries. The implementation of these models, however, requires cross-functional teams to work together. However, some team members may have hesitations about adopting this new technology due to its unfamiliarity to them.
This roundtable discussion aims to explore strategies to help teams embrace the change of machine learning models and help them feel more confident and connected about it. The purpose of this roundtable discussion is to share success stories, challenges, and best practices for integrating machine learning models into projects with cross-functional teams.
Roundtable participants will explore methodologies for building relationships with other teams, fostering collaboration, and building trust. We will also discuss how to keep teams engaged and motivated throughout the integration process. We will share ideas on how to communicate the value of machine learning models to non-technical stakeholders and how to demystify the complexity of the models for those with limited technical knowledge.
In summary, our roundtable discussion will provide a forum for sharing ideas, successes, and challenges around implementing machine learning models in cross-functional teams and offer strategies for fostering collaboration, building trust, and keeping teams engaged and motivated. Our goal is to help other teams embrace the change and feel more confident and connected about integrating these models into their projects.
