Nitzan Gado

Nitzan is a staff data scientist at Intuit, focusing on developing natural language processing algorithms and products, particularly LLMs (Large Language Models).

In her spare time, Nitzan mentors in the Finding Your Next Job program and is part of the Baot community. Additionally, she lectures on solving real-world problems with tools from linguistics and computer science.

Nitzan holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Linguistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yael Hochma

Yael is a Senior Data Scientist at Intuit and a Ph.D. candidate at Ben Gurion University. She skillfully navigates various domains including global tax data, development of smart features for small business owners, and design of large-scale processes that enhance customer service and achieve measurable results. In recent years, Yael has focused her expertise on content moderation.

Her proficiency in Generative AI LLMs, NLP, Time Series Analysis, and Classical ML allows her to develop innovative solutions and contribute significantly to her projects.

With a robust academic and professional background, and with her Ph.D. nearing completion, Yael is passionate about utilizing her advanced data science skills to create tangible improvements in business technologies. She holds both an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Software and Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University, complemented by her participation in an excellence program in data science and business intelligence during her master’s studies.

Rotem Pinchover

Rotem is a Data Scientist at Intuit, specializing in building large-scale processes that support customers and produce measurable results. Her areas of expertise include Generative AI LLMs, Classical ML, and NLP.

She holds both an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Rotem is dedicated to supporting various initiatives, such as women’s empowerment, serving as the Israeli ambassador for Women in Data Science (WiDS). She is also actively involved in student mentoring through the Forum 20-80 mentoring program.
